1. Web Hosting:

You hereby authorize ZanzziLeads.com to create a webpage on ZanzziLeads.com upon registration of Lead Generation or related services and to use the personal information that you have provided to us for your webpage. You authorize us to host the webpage or website on servers owned or controlled by ZanzziLeads.com. The webpage will remain our sole and private property, which you will not be entitled to acquire ownership rights to.

2. Acknowledgment:

You represent and acknowledge that you are an independent contractor with a licensed firm in the state in which you practice and are neither an employee of RealtorExposure, Inc. nor a representative of ZanzziLeads.com.

3. Term & Cancellation:

You hereby agree to enlist for a month to month membership with ZanzziLeads.com and responsible for a monthly membership fee of $49.99. Services may be terminated at any time however you are responsible for the total month’s fee upon cancellation (if not cancelled prior) which will be billed at beginning of month. 4. Monthly Membership Fee:

ZanzziLeads.com will asses a monthly membership fee of $49.99 which will be billed on the first or following business day of the month. The membership fee will be prorated for the first month’s service and billed upon membership initiation.
